Dream clients and perfect sales

So sorry I haven't been around here much lately. I have been busy! My new website is finally up and running, it's still a little rough but it's up and that's what counts! However, I am having email issues because of it that I am working on straightening out. I am getting over a cold that attacked me last week and I have been staging. Which brings me to today's topic.
Dream clients and perfect sales! As a stager the perfect client is usually a Realtor (Realtors always have properties in need of staging whereas home owners only sell a house occassionally) who offers our staging services to his clients for free and the perfect sale is when a property that you stage sells really fast for top dollar!
Monday I worked with an up and coming agent who fits into the dream client catagory. He sent me this email and I thought I would share it with you all. I am sure today's topic will be perfectly explained.....

Just wanted to touch base with you to let you know that 13 Cumberland has
an accepted offer in place. I am currently working on finalizing the
financing,at which point it is all but a done deal.
Just wanted to let you know once again that the work you did was fabulous.
We got two offers on the house within 48 hours and the one that was accepted
was well OVER asking price!
So thanks again. I think this was a well spent $200 and look forward to
doing more business with you again in the future.

This is what's it's all about! Properties that move fast and happy clients!
If anyone is in need of a great Real Estate agent who will have your property staged AND get it sold, give Andrew a call.
To all my other great clients, send me a testimonial and I'll give you a shout out here.

  1. How cool are you??? Pretty cool, listen to you, you are/were sick, completely mastered a website, worked and what else??? Good God, the epitome of a woman. :) Proud of you, the Realtor has a huge amount of respect for you, thats because you did it right.
